Vessel measures 5' diameter X 6-1/2' straight side with dished top and bottom (7''1" internal height from dish to dish). Internals includes (2) baffles and top entering agitator shaft with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by top mounted drive through gear reducer, 2 HP, 1700 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, SEW Eurodrive gear motor, resulting in 61 output RPM. Vessel is mounted on 3'3" high stainless steel legs. Top head includes 20" diameter manway, 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting and (4) 2" inlets. Bottom head includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Also includes 2" diameter jacket connections. Vessel is fully jacketed with dimpled jackets on straight side and bottom head, ASME rated jacket, rated for 75 PSI. Tank was used for beverage processing.
