Description

Available for sale is a used JBF stainless steel mix tank, Serial Number 17767, built in 2018, with an approximate 530-gallon capacity.

The vessel is constructed of 316L stainless steel and measures approximately 54" diameter x 48" straight side, with dished top and bottom heads.

Mixing is provided by a top-center agitator with dual 3-blade turbine impellers and bottom scrapers. The agitator is driven by a 7.5 HP, 1,768 RPM motor through a 43.58:1 ratio gear reducer, resulting in a calculated output speed of approximately 40.6 RPM.

Top openings include an 18" manway with cover, a 6" agitator connection, three 4" openings, one 3" opening, and four 2-1/2" openings. Product discharge is through a 4" center-bottom outlet with approximately 18" discharge height.

The tank is supported on four stainless steel legs for floor installation and access beneath the bottom discharge.
