Used- EndFlex PopLok Automatic Fold and Tuck Tray Erector, Model AHL-110, Serial # 23751. Designed to automatically form self-locking corrugated or chipboard trays without glue, tape, mandrels, or forming tooling. Equipped with easy-load blank magazine, vacuum cup blank transfer, pneumatically controlled tucker bars, automatic tray discharge, color touchscreen HMI, Omron PLC, SMC pneumatic components, Venturi vacuum system, interlocked safety doors, NEMA 4 electrical enclosures, heavy-duty welded steel frame, and 24 VDC controls. Handles standard trays without lids from 8" to 21" long x 5" to 15" wide x 2" to 5" deep and trays with lids from 8" to 21" long x 5" to 10.5" wide x 2" to 5" deep. Electrical: 120 VAC, single phase, 60 Hz, 5 amps. Air: 30 SCFM at 80 psi. Suitable for forming self-locking corrugated and chipboard display, shipping, food, retail, and product trays with or without lids.
