The PopLok AHL-110 is designed to automatically form compatible self-locking corrugated or chipboard tray blanks using folding and tucking rather than adhesives.

The machine automatically forms compatible self-locking corrugated and chipboard trays, including configurations with or without lids. An easy-load blank magazine supplies flat blanks, while a vacuum-cup transfer system moves blanks into the forming section. Pneumatically controlled tucker bars fold and lock the tray before the completed package is automatically discharged.

Controls include a color touchscreen HMI, Omron PLC, 24 VDC controls, SMC pneumatic components, and Venturi vacuum system. Interlocked safety doors and NEMA 4 electrical enclosures are incorporated into the machine design.
