Used Nercon Gripper Air Rinser Lowerator for Plastic Bottles

Used Nercon Engineering Upswing Gripper Air Rinser Lowerator last running liters and 1.75 liter plastic bottles. Stainless steel construction. Cleans with deionized air. This unit infeeds through the side at 78" and discharges out one end at about 40". Adjustable gripper width. 4.5" table top conveyor. Gripper chains are driven by two 1.5 hp motors. Maximum speed is 125 fpm. Includes plc control panel. 230 vac 3 ph power required. Stands on 4 adjustable feet. Over all dimensions 55" wide x 170.5" long x 127" high. Built 2008.

Used Sentry Model 13712 Stainless Steel Ionized Air Bottle And Jar Rinser With Simco Static Control Nozzles

Used Sentry Model 13712 stainless steel inline bottle and jar cleaner currently configured for ionized-air rinsing. Containers are handled by 3" side grippers that pick up, invert and carry the bottles over (7) Simco Static Control electrostatic air-cleaning nozzles before returning them to the production line. Gripper belts are driven by a 3 hp, 1,750 rpm wash-down motor. Unit is equipped with an automatic oiling system for the gears and chains and includes change parts for 20 oz, 1 liter and 2 liter bottles. Approximate overall dimensions are 26' long x 4' wide x 8.5' high. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical service and 20-40 psi pneumatic supply. Serial #2311. Good condition. Possible applications include ionized-air rinsing and removal of dust and loose debris from compatible plastic, glass and other suitable bottles and jars prior to filling or downstream packaging operations.
