Used Pearson Model RTL-MX Robotic Top Load Case Packing Erecting and Sealing Line with Fanuc Robots. Line consisists of a Pearson Model CE25-T Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Taper Sealer and a Pearson CS-25T Top Case Sealer. Erector is capsble of speeds up to 25 cases per minute. Has a case size range: Knocked down flat - 13" to 40" Length, 8" to 26" Height. Bottom flap of 2.5" to 8", Formed case: 8" - 24" Length, 5" - 16" Width, 3" - 18.5" Depth, Open Depth (top flaps up) 5.5" to 21" with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC and Dekka tape heads. Pearson RTL-MX Robotic Loader with Fanuc Model M710iC/50 Robot with R-30iB controller. Allen Bradley CompactLoogix PLC and AB HMI. Includes Pearson Model CS25-T Automatic Tape Top Case Sealer. Capable of speeds up to 25 cases per minute (depending on application and case size). Has a case size range: 8" - 24" (length) x 5" - 16" (width) x 7" - 22-3/4" (height/depth).
