Description

The Kieselguhr NF-10 DE Filter is a 10 m² horizontal disc filter designed for brewery and beverage clarification. Built with an AISI 304 stainless steel vessel and frame, this filter system is ideal for beer, wine, cider, and other beverage applications requiring high-quality clarification.

This unit includes filter discs, butterfly valve piping, centrifugal pump, piston dosing pump, filter pack turning device, and a final filtration disc for residual liquid recovery. The system also features sight glasses at product inlet/outlet, sample valves, pressure gauges, and flow meters for process monitoring.

A wheel-mounted AISI 304 cake collection tray with a 10” diaphragm pump is included for cake discharge. The system has a 630 L bell capacity rated at 7 bar and a 175 L dosing tub. Designed for efficiency, the NF-10 achieves a throughput of 30–50 bbl/hour (16.5–27.5 gpm).
