New and In-Stock Paul O. Abbe Model SBM-0.25 Laboratory Sigma Blade Mixer. .25 Gallon Working Capacity. Double U" shaped bowl casting machined on center line. Removable idle end allows blades to be removed. 304 SS. Rated Vacuum Internal. Internal and External welds are continuous, ground smooth, flush and pit free. Internal Surface is 180 Grit, 20-30 Ra. External Surface is Glass Bead Blasted. Free flowing open jacket with baffles for even distribution of heating media. Jacket is constructed of 304 SS and rated 14.7 psig @ 400 Deg. F with NPT Connections. Insulation Shroud is 1" Chloride Free Rock Wool with welded SS Shroud. Cover is a Clear Lexan design with Manual Clamps and Safety Switch. Thermowell is mounted through the Lexan Cover. Manual Tilt to Approx. 105 Degrees. Blades are Cast 304 SS Tangential Sigma Design. Four (4) PTFE packing glands with adjustable stainless-steel followers. Four (4) sealed roller bearing on the drive side only. Driven by a HP all stainless steel motor and stainless steel reducer. 304 SS Support Frame. Controls are NEMA 4X Stainless Steel and Supplied Loose. Includes- HP ABB VFD, Speed control potentiometer, RPM readout (front blade speed), Product temperature readout, Start/stop push buttons, Dual pushbuttons for discharge (see drawing below), Forward/reverse switch, Integration of limit switch on cover, Electrical input: 460 volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz, Dimensions 12" W X 24" H x 24". Unused Rosenmund Guedu RGFD Filter Dryer – 316L Stainless Steel, PLC Controlled

Unused- Rosenmund Guedu RGFD Filter Dryer fabricated of 316L stainless steel with approximately 0.25 m2 filtration area. This premium OEM agitated filter dryer was never installed or placed into service. Features include a side solids discharge and column-mounted, two-arm S-blade heated agitator with mechanical seal and bellows for filtration, cake washing, mixing, and vacuum drying in a single enclosed vessel. Includes an APOVAC explosion-proof gas recirculation system and an additional APOVAC unit originally supplied for a tray dryer. Mechanical components are present; however, controls were never built, and the purchaser will need to design and implement a control system. Engineering drawings are available. Ideal for pilot plant, process development, scale-up, and small-batch production of pharmaceutical APIs, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, biotechnology products, and other high-value materials requiring contained filtration and drying. Built in 2001.
