The 18-1/2" diameter x 18-1/2" deep mixing bowl is hydraulically tiltable, ensuring efficient material discharge. The counter-rotating paddle agitator with end scrapers ensures consistent mixing and prevents material buildup.
The mixer operates in combination with a homogenizer, featuring a 2-3/4” (97 mm) diameter turbine blade, powered by a 1.5 kW (2.25 HP), 220V motor, providing high-shear emulsification. The system also includes a 0.4 kW (0.6 HP), 220V motor for the agitator and a 0.75 kW (1.12 HP), 220V motor for the hydraulic tilt.
A 1-1/2” (41 mm) center bottom outlet (CBO) with a shut-off valve allows for controlled product discharge. The unit is equipped with a separate control panel and starters, offering precise control over mixing and homogenization processes.
