The Griffith Consulting Thermal Oxidizer system is a complete, unused air pollution control solution designed for industrial VOC and hazardous compound abatement. Featuring a 2.5MM Btu/hr natural gas burner, this horizontal unit is engineered for 98% destruction efficiency of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and combustibles. It includes a hot gas quench, Venturi scrubber, sump tank, and a 20HP blower, delivering a highly effective end-to-end emissions treatment process.

This system accepts 1500 SCFM total air stream, including dual exhaust streams from cold and hot auger furnaces. Equipped with PLC/HMI control panel, flame safeguard, and high-temperature safety features, it offers both safety and automation.
