Description
This Used Turbo Spray Dual Zone Robotic Liquid Application Cell is a sophisticated and versatile solution for automated liquid coating and application processes. The system features an 80' chain-on-edge conveyor for efficient part movement through the application zones and ovens. Powered by a Staubli RX60 robot with Valpaint software, it delivers precise liquid application for coatings, paints, or adhesives.
The system includes a Motor Control Center (MCC) with a touch screen interface housed in a NEMA 2 enclosure, utilizing an Allen-Bradley AB503 processor. It comes equipped with motor starters, VFDs, remote sensors, and fiber optic part detection for high-speed automated operations. The fluid and air delivery system controls fluid pressure, fan air, and atomization air for optimal spray quality.
Two oven zones include a Flash/Pass 1 oven rated to 250°F maximum, with 50 kW electric heaters and filtered recirculation to ensure uniform curing. Reported to be reconditioned, this system provides excellent value for industries requiring high-precision liquid application and curing.
