Used- Keifel 40 mm Blown Film Line, Model CA4, 24:1 L/D. Lowboy extruder having an electrically heated, air-cooled barrel. A second complete barrel, screw, and heaters are included to convert the machine to a 30:1 L/D ratio. Gearbox is belt driven by a 30 HP Reliance D/C motor with SCR control. Includes hopper, water cooled gearbox, grooved feed throat, and operator control panel with seven (7) zones of temperature control. Instrumentation includes controllers for (4) barrel zones, (3) die zones, blower control, speed control dial, and gauges for extruder Amps, RPM, pressure, and melt temperature. S/N 0205. Manufactured in 1989. Very clean. 460/3/60 input power. Includes a 3? stationary blown film die less air ring. Includes 6.1 Kw air ring blower with 4 port plenum and a 38? Kiefel Model FW 811 single position surface winder for 36? diameter rolls. Includes winder operator control panel with preset footage counter, auto fly knife, auto transfer, second pull roll assembly, and two winding shafts. S/N 0141. 460/3/60 input power. Very Clean.

(2) Zone non-vented barrel electrically heated, air cooled. Feed throat with hopper. Driven by a 1.1Kw, 3/50/400-volt motor. Approximate 2-1/2" diameter blown film die, (1) air ring with blower, (1) approximate 7.8" (200 mm) wide take off winder. Includes control panels. Serial# 9120-3914, New year 2014. Previously used in an R&D lab. Weight 440 lbs (200 kgs).
