Used- AET dual diameter 10-6 32:1 L/D 50" centerline height film reclaim extruder, Model 60T 100D32. with Koellmann gear double reduction gear reducer, with oil pump, heat exchanger cooling system, cast water cooled feed throat with grooved hardened horizontal liner, 4140 SAE barrel with bimetallic liner, vented with vent assembly, 10 barrel zones with cast in aluminum heaters all wired into a extruder base mounted junction box, water cooled heaters with closed loop cooling system including 3HP pump, heat exchanger and stainless steel tank, removable stainless steel barrel guards, screw is a 4140 steel with Colmonoy hard faced flight 10" diameter 7:1 L/D feed section tapering to 6", 400HP 460V AC 1800RPM motor with blower and filter assembly directly coupled to the Koellmann gear reducer and controlled by a Yaskawa AC drive controller in control panel, panel is a NEMA 12 double door panel with 400 AMP breaker, solid state contractors for each individual zone with 110V control transformer, includes digital melt and pressure indicator and melt probe, includes Xaloy EH80 8" hydraulic 2-position slide plate screen changer mounted horizontally to barrel with hydraulic power pack and accumulator & controls. 2,000 pounds/h avg output, AET extruder was built in 2014.

Cored shaft with segmented screw elements and liners, barrels are water heated cooled. 75 HP DC-Motor with drive. Screw speed up to 500 rpm; Brabender type SF-40 side feeder mounted on a turntable. This feeder is feeding the first barrel of the Ko-Kneader; Complete gear pump system including separate controls; Combination pressure / temperature probe up/ and downstream the gear pump; Complete controls, relays logic. Last used in a Soap Pellet application.

Throughput rates up to 30kg per hour. 3 Zone barrel electrically heated, water cooled. Water cooled feed throat with hopper. Driven by a 10 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1740 rpm AC motor with reducer. Includes a discharge screw extruder, driven by an approximately 1.5 kw, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1710 rpm gear motor with 2 hole strand die. Includes an operators panel, a control panel with Eurotherm controllers, (2) ABB drive panels. 837 Hours used on the meter.

Originally manufactured in 1995 and completely reconditioned in 2011 and never put back into service. All wiring on the extruder is run to a terminal strip. Center line height can be reduced approximately 8" by removing an additional base. Lufkin change gear gearbox is direct driven in a tuck under manner by a 150 HP Emerson DC motor with Control Technique Mentor II SCR control. Present reduction ratio is 13.89:1. Includes integral panel having fourteen (14) zones of temperature control. Dynisco model EH-35 screen changer with 3 HP hydraulic pack is mounted on the extruder discharge. Also includes 20 HP melt pump with controls.

Control cabinet with Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC and Cutler Hammer Panel Mate HMI. Has original wiring diagrams as well as PLC and HMI programs. Includes: 36" X 36 feed conveyor with new belt. 16" X 16 Feed conveyor with air ram and new belt. Condex hot face cutter, 6 accessory drives for upstream and downstream equipment. Rebuilt barrel and screw. Still under power and can schedule appointment to see run.
