This Used 1,400 Gallon Vendome Stainless Steel Processor is a heavy-duty, dual-agitation vessel designed for high-intensity mixing, emulsifying, and heat transfer processes. Built with dimple jackets on the bottom and side, this unit is rated to 100 PSI @ 338°F, ideal for steam or glycol operations.

Equipped with both side scrape agitation (5 HP motor) and a top-entry homogenizing mixer (50 HP motor), it allows thorough product blending and particle size reduction. The tank includes a single adjustable internal baffle for enhanced flow control and mixing.

It features an 18" hinged manway, 6" rectangular inlet, multiple top-mounted tri-clamp and threaded nozzles, and a 3" tri-clamp bottom outlet. Despite some cosmetic wear to the jacket skin, the vessel remains structurally sound and passed hydrostatic testing.
