Description

Unused CECO Peerless vertical oxygen separator vessel with approximately 324 gallon internal capacity, fabricated entirely from 316 stainless steel for high-pressure oxygen service and deflagration control applications. Vessel is manufactured in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, 2023 Edition and is fully ASME U-stamped and National Board registered.

This heavy-wall separator vessel is rated for full vacuum to 380 PSIG at 194°F and includes extensive process, instrumentation, and safety connections. Construction features heavy-wall nozzles, reinforced manway assembly, support legs, davit arm assembly, lifting lugs, and oxygen-cleaned internal surfaces with neoprene gasket protection for shipment.

The engineering package includes ASME stress calculations, nozzle reinforcement analysis, hydrostatic test verification, structural support calculations, wind and seismic analysis documentation.
