Used Hemp Processing Solutions Stationary BudRubber hemp flower and fiber separation system with up to 5,000 lbs/hr capacity on properly dried material. Designed to separate hemp buds and flowers from stalk and fiber, the system includes a Stationary BudRubber conveyor, straw-walker separator with bulk bag rack/hanger, and electrical control panel. Feed material should have moisture below 20%, with ideal operating moisture of approximately 1015%. Throughput is dependent on moisture, feedstock variety, stem content, feed consistency, and desired separation quality. Serial #2019468.
