Description:
This Unused Alfa Laval Fermenter / Reactor is constructed from high-grade 316L stainless steel, designed for precision fermentation and chemical processing. With an approximate 40-liter (10.5-gallon) capacity, it features a vertical orientation with a 12" diameter and 22" straight side, a bolt-on flat top, and a dished bottom. The internal vessel is rated for 45 PSI/FV at temperatures ranging from -20°F to 400°F, while the 316L stainless steel jacket is rated for 150 PSI/FV within the same temperature range. It includes a bottom-entering agitation system with a 1/2 HP drive (agitator missing), a spray ball for CIP, and is side-lug mounted with load cells. This fermenter comes complete with a control panel featuring Wedgewood pH and temperature controls.
