Description

This Used Precision Stainless 1,500 Liter (400 Gallon) Sanitary Reactor / Fermenter is a pharmaceutical-grade, pressure-rated vessel designed for corrosion-resistant, high-purity processing.

The shell is constructed of AL-6XN high nickel stainless steel, offering superior resistance to chlorides and aggressive chemical environments compared to standard 316L. The vessel is internally rated 45 PSI / Full Vacuum at 300°F, while the jacket is rated 150 PSI at 300°F, allowing for precise thermal control using steam, glycol, or other heating/cooling media.

Equipped with bottom mounted agitation, this reactor enhances mixing efficiency and product homogeneity. The vessel is mounted on load cells on a portable base, enabling accurate batch weighing and flexible positioning within a facility.
