Double jacketed. Inside operating temperature 266F (130C), Design temperature 392F (200C). Internal rated for full vacuum and 45 PSI (-1/3 bar). Jacket pressure 90 PSI (6 bar). Heated shaft speed of 107 RPM driven via a gearbox by a 5.5 Kw EExdellCT4 motor. Mechanical seal. Maier heater for the shaft heating. Frame mounted. New year 2002. Serial number # 5499/2. Overall dimensions: 111" L x 36" W x 49" H (3400 mm L x 1100 mm W x 1500 mm H). Weight approx. 1.6 tonnes. Reported in good condition. Previously used in a pilot plant for solid phase modification of wood.

Driven by a 2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1140 rpm motor through reducer, 5.76:1. Approximate 8" diameter discharge with a Flowseal valve. 36" Discharge height. Serial# 88211.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
