Unused- industrial Supercritical CO2 Extraction (SCFE) system designed to extract high-value compounds from natural raw materials such as plants, biomass, and oils using carbon dioxide in its supercritical state, ensuring a clean, solvent-free, and highly efficient process. The system is configured with one extractor and two separators, allowing operation in both batch and continuous modes, with the option to incorporate co-solvents when required. It is manufactured entirely in 304 stainless steel and equipped with a PLC-based automatic and manual control system, enabling precise monitoring and control of pressure, temperature, and flow throughout the process. The unit operates at pressures up to 5055 MPa and temperatures up to 8590C, and includes integrated safety features such as overpressure protection and safety valves, ensuring reliable and secure operation. In terms of capacity, this configuration corresponds to a large-scale industrial solution, featuring dual extraction vessels of approximately 150L each (150L 2), making it capable of processing significant volumes of raw material per batch or in continuous production. New / unused 3-tank CIP (Clean-In-Place) system with 2,000L stainless steel tanks, automated valving, sanitary pumps, heat exchangers, chemical dosing, filtration, instrumentation, and process controls. This automated CIP system is designed for sanitary cleaning applications in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and chemical processing facilities. The system includes two 2,000L 316 stainless steel acid and caustic chemical tanks with insulated construction, top manways, level transmitters, and RTD temperature probes, plus one 2,000L 304 stainless steel water re-use tank with single skin construction, top manway, spray ball, level transmitter, and RTD temperature probe. The system includes 9 automated butterfly valves, 1 automated control valve, 7 solenoid valves, 17 manual valves, 1 stainless steel sanitary centrifugal CIP supply pump with stainless steel shroud, variable speed drive, and local motor isolators, 2 stainless steel centrifugal pumps for CIP heating with stainless steel shrouds and local motor isolators, 2 concentrated diaphragm chemical pumps, 1 Grundfos sanitizer dosing pump, 1 stainless steel 500-micron filter, 1 two-section stainless steel plate heat exchanger for heating CIP solution, 1 stainless steel plate heat exchanger for heating water, and 3 concentrated chemical suction lances. The stainless steel process control cabinet includes remote I/O, VSD, conductivity probes, RTD temperature probes, level transmitters, magnetic flowmeter, level switches, electrical switchgear, Ethernet switch, and related controls. This clean-in-place system may be used to clean tanks, piping, process lines, filling equipment, blending systems, reactors, sanitary process equipment, and production equipment without full disassembly. Benefits of this 3-tank CIP system include repeatable automated cleaning cycles, improved sanitation consistency, reduced manual cleaning labor, reduced production downtime, water re-use capability, chemical dosing and monitoring, and suitability for sanitary stainless steel processing environments. Milling chamber is fed by 4" diameter screw feed, chamber includes 6-rows of high-speed rotating disc with 3" wide x 4" high x 3/8" thick hammers. Hammers are driven by vertically mounted 500 HP motor thru v-belt assembly. Milling chamber includes 40" x 16" side top discharge to dust collection system. Mill is fed by mezzanine mounted, carbon steel hopper measuring approximately 9' wide x 8' long X 8' deep with steep sides. Milling chamber height measurements: 20" high top section, 36" flange-to-flange middle section and 20" high bottom section. Previously used to mill nut shells. Recently added liners and bearings.
