Buy Used Intuitech Ozonation System – IoT-Enabled, Turnkey Water Treatment Skid

Used- Intuitech Ozonation Pilot Plant. Automatic pressure and temperature compensation allows direct entry of ozone dosage in mg/L in manual mode, while dissolved ozone concentration is maintained at a setpoint in auto mode. The system automatically calculates ozone transfer efficiency and applied dosage and includes an integrated oxygen generation system. An ambient ozone concentration transmitter provides ozone leak detection and automatic shutdown. A feed pump with automatic flow control is included, and the chemical feed systems can be configured for flow-pacing, closed-loop PID, or trim control. The chemical feed pump can also be configured as a composite sampler. The contactor includes twenty-five equally spaced sampling ports for decay analysis, and the influent piping weir eliminates the need for a feed tank. All equipment is integrated onto one skid for plug-and-play operation and is designed for automatic unmanned operation. The system can be monitored and controlled remotely via wireless cellular connection. Data logging outputs a formatted text file suitable for spreadsheets and charting applications. A historical and real-time trending visualization tool is included, along with alarm notifications via email or text messaging. An IoT network of sensors provides exceptional diagnostic information. The pilot module is designed for fully automatic unmanned operation and can be monitored and controlled remotely. A wireless cellular router is installed in the control panel, allowing remote access to the pilot module in locations where adequate cellular data service is available. The router can be configured for the Verizon or AT&T networks, depending on which provides the best service at the installation site. Data service is included during the warranty period, and additional service beyond that can be purchased from Intuitech in one-year blocks. Any task normally performed using the operator interface can also be done remotely using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The operator interface can also be configured to send alarm notifications via email or text messaging.

Used Semi-Automated Mushroom Substrate Processing System for Sale

Used Semi-automated Mushroom Substrate Processing System. Integrates high-performance components to efficiently manage pasteurization, cooling, inoculation, and packaging all within a single vessel. Two jacketed Patterson All-Weld Paddle Mixers (37 cubic feet each) operate simultaneously to blend substrate ingredients uniformly while maintaining controlled processing conditions. Substrate moisture content is controlled using a Water Metering Sensor (FD-Q20C) and circulating pump, which measures amount of water added from a 120-gallon (A.O. Smith) hot water tank into the substrate. The mixers heat the substrate up to 98c through their closed loop hydronic heating jackets. The Reimers (RHC-360) Electric Steam Boiler feeds steam to the Cascade Flow Control Solutions Heat Exchanger (263450-004) which heats the hydronic jacket loop. A steam actuating valve (STERLCO D151-F) modulates steam flow from the boiler, maintaining optimal jacket temperatures and pressure needed to reliably pasteurize substrate. After pasteurization, the substrate is cooled via the jackets which are isolated and chilled through a two-stage Thermaline Heat Exchanger (T8 S-20). The first cooling stage transfers substrate heat to municipal water. The heated municipal water is collected in the 120 gallon water tank for later use in substrate hydration. The second cooling stage uses glycol chilled by a G&D 10 HP (GD-10H-HT) unit to rapidly reduce substrate temperature for inoculation. Inoculation is performed through a hatch under sterile Air Science flow hoods (36" and 24"), providing clean, positive-pressure air to prevent contamination. Substrate packaging takes place at the bottom of each vessel through an 8" pneumatic actuating valve in unicorn bags, long tubes, or by connection to another system. Mixer #2 uses a Spartan Controls automated control package to manage processing parameters like mixing, heating, cooling, and packaging via integrated sensors and pneumatic valves. Mixer #1 is manually operated. Sterile air filters from Davis Controls maintain sterile positive-pressure conditions in the mixers throughout the entire process. The steam and hydronic system include Axiom DMF-300 and CBF-2 chemical dosing units to maintain system pressure, fluid levels, and chemical treatment of jacket water. Supporting components including solenoid valves, expansion tanks, gauges, and pipework in steel, stainless, brass, copper, and PEX ensures durability and resistance to temperature fluctuations. Boiler chemicals in the heating loop and inhibited glycol in the chilling loop protect the system from oxidation. The integrated system enables efficient, scalable, and consistent production of high-quality mushroom substrate with reduced labor cost and precise control over all critical processing parameters.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
