Used- Paul O Abbe Fluidizer, Stainless Steel. Approximate 0.7 cubic feet, 20 liter. Non jacketed trough, 16" wide x 18-1/2" long x 18-1/2" deep. (2) 1-1/2" diameter x 15" long shafts, each have (14) 3" long x 3" wide x 1/8" thick paddles on 1/2" diameter posts. Driven by (2) .33hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1700rpm motors, through a reducer 8:1. Bottom bombay doors. 9-1/2" Diameter bottom discharge, 20" discharge height. Includes mounted control panel. Mounted on (4) casters. Serial# A45254.

Used- Summerlot Engineered Products Dryer, 316 Stainless Steel. Cantilevered S/C. 12" long x 6" wide feed hopper, with a 3-3/4" diameter x 48" long screw, 3/4" pitch. Driven by a 1hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1755 rpm motor. Approximately 10" diameter x 136" long dryer vessel, with (4) fixed baffles. Driven by a 2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1140 rpm motor through reducer, 5.76:1. Approximate 8" diameter discharge with a Flowseal valve. 36" Discharge height. Serial# 88211.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
