Used- Davis Standard / Xaloy 6" pelletizing line consisting of: One (1) Davis Standard 6" model 60IN60TPTH extruder having a 34:1 L/D ratio barrel with a seven (7) zone electrically, heated, water cooled (closed loop), and vented barrel at a 42" centerline. Part Number 0022356-1-1. 8" x 12" on center feed throat. Oversized (8") Gearbox is direct driven in a wraparound manner by a 500 HP Reliance Super RPM 1150/1680 RPM D/C motor with Siemens Simoreg Microprocessor SCR control mounted in a stand-alone enclosure. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 11.304:1 and is rated at 1050 HP at a service factor of 1.5. Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection. Stand-alone control panel with sixteen (16) zones of Barber Coleman model 2408 digital controllers. Manufactured 9/2011. Gearbox completely rebuilt by Texas Extrusion Services 4/2022. 460/3/60. Drive 794 amps. Temp panel 400 amps. Reportedly barrier screw installed. Xaloy model EH-80SH hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 8? diameter breaker plates. Serial number EH80-180 Mounted on a stand. With 3 hp hydraulic power pack with oversize accumulator. Xaloy model WRP-35S Pelletizer with 3 HP Cutting Head with stand, water reservoir with two (2) 1.5 HP water pumps, 7.5 HP slurry pump, 5 HP Spin Dryer, control panel and caster mounted pellet accumulation hopper. 1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
