Previously installed in a biodiesel processing plant. Carbon steel shell is rated for 80 psi at -20 to 330 degrees F. Equipped with (466) carbon steel 3/4" diameter x 26' long tubes rated for 100 psi at -20 to 150 degrees F, with carbon steel tubesheet and head. Shell-side openings include 6" and 18", with (2) 14" tube-side openings. Unit is mounted on carbon steel saddles. Serial #12915-6, National Board #1804, built 2007. Overall dimensions approximately 372"L x 43"W x 63"T with a weight of approximately 25,000 lbs. U-1 National Board paperwork available. Possible applications include biodiesel production and industrial process heating or cooling of feedstocks such as animal tallow, unrefined oils, used vegetable oils and distillers corn oil, a co-product of ethanol manufacturing.
