Unused Ilsung Corporation 4-pass U-tube shell and tube heat exchanger with approximately 2,143 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface area, TEMA Type AEU, carbon steel construction and horizontal configuration. Shell is rated for 412 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at 392 degrees F. Equipped with (231) 3/4" diameter x 288" long tubes rated for 372 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at 392 degrees F. Shell-side openings include (2) 4" and (2) 6", with tube-side openings consisting of (2) 2" and (2) 4". Serial #14-HE-040, National Board #2024, built 2014. Overall dimensions approximately 346"L x 38"W x 76"T with a weight of approximately 17,633 lbs. Documentation available. Unit was nitrogen purged by the manufacturer after testing and prior to storage. Possible applications include industrial process heating, cooling, condensing and heat recovery service with suitable process fluids compatible with carbon steel construction.
