Used- Gloucester Single Screw Extruder, Model 25225R2. 2.5' Diameter Screw, 32:1 L/D. Has an electrically heated, air cooled, and non-vented barrel at approximately a 65? center line height. Barrel is set up for Contra-Cool but does not include blower. Gearbox has a reduction ratio 13.75:1 and is direct driven in a wraparound manner by a 60 HP Baldor D/C motor with Saftronics SCR control. One (1) HP pump with heat exchanger on the gearbox. Originally manufactured in 1995 and completely reconditioned in 2011 and never put back into service. All wiring on the extruder is run to a terminal strip. New control panel has fourteen (14) zones of temperature controls. Drive control is supplied loose. Includes two (2) new / rebuilt screws. 460/3/60. Serial# 36736/25.

Equipped with large KG Gear Reducer, 1188 RPM Input, 33:1 ratio. 125 HP hydraulic drive, variable speed on the rolls. 25 HP hydraulic drive for heavy duty auger feed, vertical shaft. Feed Hopper- 48" diameter x 34" straight wall x 34" cone. Entrance chute has lining for wear. Overall dimensions 12' long x 80" x 60" high. Dimensions do not include the two drives or the feed auger. Previously used in a Carbon, Coke, Coal, Graphite application. Used- ANHYDRO falling film vacuum evaporator. Complete ANHYDRO falling film vacuum evaporator with mechanical vapour recompression units Was originally designed as a TVR evaporator and in operation for milk concentration in a Norwegian dairy. This evaporator plant was relocated and redesigned by BONTECH A/S (Denmark) for 6.500 kg/hour water evaporation for stick water from fish industry and now operating with 2 units of mechanical vapour recovery units (MVR) in serial connection. The 5 calendria has a total of 121, 100, 38, 38 and 13 pipes - each ?51 mm and 7 meters long. It is complete with CIP plant and still installed. This plant is in excellent working condition and ready to be relocated and put back in operation, after reconditioning of pumps etc. The Westfalia separator is not included in this listing. The water evaporation capacity ranges between 4,000 and 4,200 kg/hour, dependent on product parameters and boiling temperature. Equipped with 745 pipes measuring ?38 x 6 meters, in addition to the MVR characteristic and boiling temperature considerations, this EPCON evaporator boasts an impressive water evaporation capacity of approximately 4,200 kg/hour. For your convenience, the complete EPCON unit will be delivered with its original technical documentation. The installation footprint measures around 8 x 8 meters, standing at approximately 8 meters in height.
