Approx. 36" diameter x 297" straight side with 2:1 elliptical top and bottom heads, giving approx. 49' overall height. Internal rating 50 psi at -20 to 250 F. Top openings include 18" vapor outlet, 6" liquid inlet, 24" manway with cover and davit arm, 12" packing dump, 8" vapor inlet, and (4) 3" nozzles. Bottom openings include 24" manway with cover and davit arm and 4" liquid bottom outlet. Mounted on approx. 183" tall carbon steel skirt. Serial 4411 7798, National Board #216, built 2007.Suitable for acid reduction/scrubbing or other gas/liquid contact applications in chemical processing, where 304 stainless construction and 50 psi rating are required. Used Alar Engineering Corporation Auto-Vac, Model 360. Mid-sized, skid-mounted rotary vacuum drum precoat filter designed for industrial wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering applications. The system operates by drawing liquid through a filter aid media using a non-segmented drum design, enabling high-efficiency solids separation and capturing particles down to approximately 0.5 to 1 micron. The unit features a 3' diameter by 6' long stainless steel drum with a nominal filtering area of 56.5 sq. ft. and is engineered for durable, corrosion-resistant performance in demanding process environments. Total connected power is 20 HP. The system is additionally equipped with (2) 3,000-gallon holding tanks, a 2-stage pump, and a spare pump, providing operational redundancy and continuous processing capability. Approximate shipping weight is 6,200#, with a maximum system height of 8 6" and an overall skid footprint of 9'-0" wide by 16'-8" long. Well-suited for high-solids wastewater streams, the Auto-Vac is designed to deliver reliable automated filtration, sludge dewatering, and consistent effluent clarification while reducing disposal costs and labor requirements in industrial processing environments. 1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.
