Capacity can be increased to 90L with extension pack. Equipped with positive displacement liquid CO2 pump rated up to 8 kg/min at 2,000 psi, 2 cyclonic separators, 2 secondary separators, 10-micron secondary separation filter, 40-100 F separation temperature range, and terpene profile retention. Control panel features multiple user levels, real-time monitoring, independent vessel control, GMP-compliant system logging, live batch recording, and cloud, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity. Overall footprint approximately 164" x 54" x 115". 460 Volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz. Possible applications include supercritical CO2 extraction and botanical oil processing of cannabis, hemp, and other botanical materials.

Used- C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank. Constructed of 304 stainless steel. Vessel measures 5' diameter X 6-1/2' straight side with dished top and bottom (7''1" internal height from dish to dish). Internals includes (2) baffles and top entering agitator shaft with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by top mounted drive through gear reducer, 2 HP, 1700 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, SEW Eurodrive gear motor, resulting in 61 output RPM. Vessel is mounted on 3'3" high stainless steel legs. Top head includes 20" diameter manway, 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting and (4) 2" inlets. Bottom head includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Also includes 2" diameter jacket connections. Vessel is fully jacketed with dimpled jackets on straight side and bottom head, ASME rated jacket, rated for 75 PSI. Tank was used for beverage processing.
