Used Krauss-Maffei MT 1/200 Vacuum Mixer Dryer – 316L SS | 49.43 cu.ft. | Full Vacuum | 10 HP Orbiting Screw

Used- Krauss Maffei Mixer Vacuum Dryer MT. Model MT 1/200. Serial # 7098. National Board # 21424. Constructed of 316L stainless steel. Interior has polished surface. Conical vessel has a capacity of 49.43 cuft with working volume of 35.3 cuft. Dryer uses an 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, driven by a 10 hp drive to gently agitate product while drying. Can dry particles up to 5 mm in size. Vessel is rated for Full Vacuum/150 psi @ 450 f on jacket and internal. Acutal drying temperature maximum is 302 f. The top has an 18" manway with 6" sight glass, 18" flanged fitting, 4" sight glass, (2) 3" flanged fittings, (2) 2" flanged fittings, 6" flanged fittings and (2) 1" threaded fitting for the top jacket. The side has (2) 2" flanged fittings for the body jacket. The bottom has a 10" flanged discharge fitting with pneumatically operated flush mount valve and (2) 1" threaded fittings for bottom jacket.

Used Patterson-Kelley 20 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Twin Shell V" Blender | 3 HP Drive | Platform & Safety Fencing | Good Condition. The blender is chain and sprocket driven by 3 hp electric motor. The blender is designed to handle material density of up to 105 lbs/cuft. The two shells measure about 31" diameter x 53" long. This unit is set up for an intensifier bar belt driven by a 5 hp motor. THE BAR ITSELF IS MISSING. There is a 7.5" discharge with a pneumatically operated butterfly valve. Overall dimensions with carbon steel stand are 116" wide x 68" deep x 112" tall. Serial # 234005. This unit comes with fence panels for a safety and a platform with a stairway. The platform is 103" wide x 83" deep x 48.5" tall to the floor. OAD of the platform with stairway are 103" w x 112" long x 91" h. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrial supply. Good condition.

Used- Fryma Model VME-2400 Jacketed Vacuum Mixer with 2,400 liter (634 gallon) working capacity. Vessel measures 61" diameter x 54" straight side with 11" dome top and 11" dish bottom, 63" overall diameter with jacket, and 101" overall height including legs and lid. Interior and jacket rated for 150 C, with vessel rated -1/+1 bar and jacket rated 2.5 bar. Equipped with 7.5 HP drive operating center 3-prop agitator and scrape agitator through chain drive, plus 50 HP drive operating off-center disperser-type agitator. Polished pharmaceutical-grade interior. Top includes 8" flanged clamped opening, 6" glass inspection port with light, 2" sanitary fitting, 1.5" sanitary fitting, and (2) 1" threaded fittings. Bottom equipped with 6" sanitary discharge with pneumatically operated valve. Requires 230/460 VAC, 3-phase electrical supply. Fabrication # M10510. Previously used for toothpaste. Good condition. Used- Mix S.R.L 2400 liter (85 cu.ft.) total capacity plow mixer with inside dimensions of 47.24" ID x 80.71" long. Model number MXC2400. Stainless steel contact parts. No choppers. Two side doors. Motor is 30 hp 60 HZ 480/830 vac 3 ph. Jacket rated for 2 bar at 4 to 38 degrees C. Bottom has two tri-clamp nozzles 2.5" and two 1" RFSP flanges. Bottom discharge is 16" x 18" square with cylinder operated open/close. Middle has two large doors 23.62" x 19.680" square. And two 4" plate flange nozzles with butterfly valves with actuators ( these go to filters) amd one 8" RFSO with butterfly valves with actuators. Top has four 2.5" RFSO and one 1" RFSO. Back end has two 2" RFSO. Mixer sits on four load cells.Unit built in 2006. Serial number C484.

Used- HJM Precision, Inc. Ignition Cartridge Non-destructive Inspection Machine. The machine has been designed and manufactured for the purpose of inspecting Ignition Cartridges for leaks. It is controlled by a PLC with an HMI for the operator to move the machine in manual mode for homing, clearing product, cleaning, etc., and to operate the machine in automatic mode. The cartridges are loaded into the machine in an input tray. The cartridges are then placed in test chambers by means of a robot. The chambers are moved to the test position. Covers lower to the top of the test chambers and nozzles extend to the test chambers near the bottom. Three axis robot system consisting of three slides and a gripper. The robot moves in X, Y , and Z directions with X being the length of the machine, Y across the machine, and Z vertical. Four test chamber blocks on the dial plate. Each of the test chamber blocks has four chambers in them. Gilmont flow meters and Hoke needle valves are used to calibrate the machine. New in 2019.
