Used- 1188.77 gal (4500 L) Beer Barrel tank, built by ABC- Kinglai Co, Ltd for Glacier Tanks LLC. Built 05/2016. This stainless steel tank is about 59" in diameter with a 81" straight side and 12" dished heads. Volume 4.5 m3. Design pressure shell 0.1 MPa, jacket 0.15 Mpa. Design temperature 98 degrees C. jacket on the side of tank only. Dished heads. Two top lift lugs. Tank has four legs. Top has one 3" tri clamp nozzle and one 1.25" tri clamp nozzle. Bottom nozzles one 1.25" tri clamp and one 1.5" tri clamp. Side nozzles one 16" x 13" elliptical hinged lid manway, five 1.25" tri clamp nozzles for jackets, two 1.25" tri clamp, two .75" tri clamp nozzles, and one .75" coupling. Serial# AKL16-A-10005. Overall dimensions70" x 70" x 122" tall.

It is designed with a screw infeed, then a 12" dia. x 73" long mixing chamber. The rotor has 8 rows of 40 each 1.5" wide x 2.125" long x .375" paddles. The inlet and outlet are roughly 7 3/4" x 4 3/4". It has a side access door that is nearly the length of the mixing chamber. It is driven by a 17.3 KW (23hp) TEFC motor. 460 vac 3 ph electric power required. It can mix up to 4,000 kg/hr. Overall dimensions are 104" long x 48" wide x 37.25" tall mounted on its stainless steel stand.

The trough top has a 13.25" x 16" inlet, 6" x 9" inlet, and grating on the rest of the top. 6" diameter flanged outlet with gate valve. Screws are driven by a 1.5 hp 1140 rpm motor through a reducer down to 6.9 rpm. Dryer sits on a carbon steel frame with catwalk and ladder. Overall dimensions are 75" wide x 205" long x 120" tall. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
