Used Ross Triple Motion Vacuum Mixer, Model PVM-100. Approximately 100 gallon stainless steel jacketed change can. Vacuum-rated system equipped with three independently driven mixing assemblies consisting of a 10 HP three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers, 10 HP high speed disperser, and 25 HP high shear rotor stator emulsifier. Unit features a hydraulic lift for raising the mixing head, jacketed vessel for heating or cooling, and includes the control panel. Designed for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying high viscosity products. Suitable for processing creams, ointments, emulsions, adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes, and other high viscosity products for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and specialty chemical applications.
