The kettle includes a bridge-mounted Radicon gear drive powering an anchor-style agitator, with provisions for Teflon wipers (wipers not included). Driven by a 2 HP gear motor with a 63:1 ratio, the system delivers smooth, low-speed agitation ideal for viscous or delicate products.

Unit includes multiple top openings, a 2.5" center bottom outlet, and is mounted on three stainless steel legs for durability and stability.
