Description:

This used Cherry-Burrell 200-gallon stainless steel jacketed processor tank is designed for efficient heating, mixing, and processing in dairy, food, and pharmaceutical applications. Featuring a cone-bottom design, the vessel measures 48” in diameter x 30” deep, providing optimal drainage and mixing.

Equipped with scrape surface agitation, the mixer is bridge-mounted with hinged lids for easy access. The agitation system is powered by a 3 HP motor (230/460V, 3/60Hz, 1700 RPM) and driven through a right-angle gearbox (85.65:1 ratio), resulting in 20 RPM output speed.

The vessel includes a self-contained heating system with an electrically heated inline heater and a small centrifugal circulation pump for precise temperature control. It features a 2-1/2” center bottom outlet with a tri-clamp connection for efficient product discharge. The entire unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame with (4) legs, providing structural stability.
