Description

Available for sale is a used Wenzhou ACE Machinery 1,000-liter (1 cubic meter) sanitary stainless steel mixing tank designed for controlled liquid mixing and processing applications.

The vessel features 316L stainless steel product-contact surfaces with a mirror-polished inner finish, while the exterior is constructed of 304 stainless steel. The inner vessel has a 5 mm wall thickness and is surrounded by a dimple jacket for compatible heating or cooling processes. A 2 mm outer cladding with PU foam insulation helps reduce thermal losses and maintain process temperatures.

Agitation is provided by a 4 kW mixer operating at approximately 36 RPM and equipped with a Teflon scraper. A control box provides mixing speed control, allowing the agitation rate to be adjusted for compatible products and processes.

The inner vessel has a stated design pressure range of -0.1 MPa to 0.2 MPa (approximately full vacuum to 29 PSI), while the jacket has a 0.35 MPa design pressure (approximately 51 PSI).
