Used- Gemco Double Cone Blender with approximately 100 cubic feet working capacity (140 cubic feet total capacity), constructed of 304 stainless steel and designed for efficient, large-batch blending of dry powders and granules. The unit is equipped with a 7.5 HP gear motor rated for 3/60/230/460 volt service at 1,770 RPM, pneumatic braking system, 18-inch diameter charging door with 8-inch access port, and a 12-inch center bottom discharge fitted with a manual butterfly valve. Featuring an 84-inch inside diameter belly band and the proven double cone blending design, this blender provides gentle, low-shear mixing and excellent blend uniformity for free-flowing materials while minimizing product degradation. Overall dimensions are approximately 156" long x 48" wide x 147" high, with an approximate weight of 12,000#.
