It features a high-speed rotary atomizer (7,250 to 17,750 RPM), 304 Stainless steel drying chamber, and efficient cyclone separation. Capable of handling throughputs up to 17 t/h of evaporated water, it supports inlet temperatures up to 350C and is suited for both aqueous and solvent-based feeds. Driven by an approximately 82.5HP-55Kw motor. Serial# 1246. Spray Dryer Features: Multi-stage spray dryer system (Compact design); Externally cladded drying chamber free of insulative material; X8 Spray nozzle atomization system; Complete with internal static fluid bed and external horizontal fluid bed for heating and cooling functions; GEA- designed and built bag house (powder filtration system); Air heating system including steam and electrical top-up heating; Powder handling equipment and discharge systems; Control panels fitted with frequency inverters. Rebuilt CDI-800 + BF in 2005 and GEA Baghouse replaced in 2007. A second complete barrel, screw, and heaters are included to convert the machine to a 30:1 L/D ratio. Gearbox is belt driven by a 30 HP Reliance D/C motor with SCR control. Includes hopper, water cooled gearbox, grooved feed throat, and operator control panel with seven (7) zones of temperature control. Instrumentation includes controllers for (4) barrel zones, (3) die zones, blower control, speed control dial, and gauges for extruder Amps, RPM, pressure, and melt temperature. S/N 0205. Manufactured in 1989. Very clean. 460/3/60 input power. Includes a 3? stationary blown film die less air ring. Includes 6.1 Kw air ring blower with 4 port plenum and a 38? Kiefel Model FW 811 single position surface winder for 36? diameter rolls. Used- Davis Standard / Xaloy 6" pelletizing line consisting of: One (1) Davis Standard 6" model 60IN60TPTH extruder having a 34:1 L/D ratio barrel with a seven (7) zone electrically, heated, water cooled (closed loop), and vented barrel at a 42" centerline. Part Number 0022356-1-1. 8" x 12" on center feed throat. Oversized (8") Gearbox is direct driven in a wraparound manner by a 500 HP Reliance Super RPM 1150/1680 RPM D/C motor with Siemens Simoreg Microprocessor SCR control mounted in a stand-alone enclosure. Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 11.304:1 and is rated at 1050 HP at a service factor of 1.5. Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection. Stand-alone control panel with sixteen (16) zones of Barber Coleman model 2408 digital controllers. Manufactured 9/2011. Gearbox completely rebuilt by Texas Extrusion Services 4/2022. 460/3/60. Drive 794 amps. Temp panel 400 amps. Reportedly barrier screw installed. Xaloy model EH-80SH hydraulic slide plate screen changer having two (2) nominal 8? diameter breaker plates. Used- Vecoplan/Cumberland Shredding Package. Includes Vecoplan model RG62/150UXL single shaft shredder. Serial# 10118010, built 2007. 20? diameter rotor with seventy-four (74) 40mm cutters. Single counter knife. Powered by a 150 HP (111.86 KW) VEM 460-volt motor through a PGR Drive Technologies type PH 72 DH gearbox. 63? x 80? hopper opening. Hydraulic horizontal ram with 5.9 KW (7.5 HP) hydraulic package. Shredder is mounted on a 37 " tall riser base. 2" holes in installed screen. Includes spare screens with 2" holes; Shredder gravity discharges into a Cumberland Model 1462 granulator. S/N 84550-07001. Granulator has 14" x 62" throat opening with a five (5) knife high shear/ twin shear open rotor. Two (2) bed knives. Rotor is belt driven by a nominal 100 HP motor (tag missing). Includes 5 HP hydraulic package with v-track and hydraulic cylinder to move the granulator out of production area for servicing. Manufactured 2007. 460/3/60; Lenco model NS-FTFSB-48332 48" wide in-feed conveyor, S/N S23197-001. Unit has a 48" wide belt with 12" high sides. Entrance to the conveyor is a 48" long horizontal section which transfers into a 332" long incline section at an 18.8-degree incline. Conveyor discharges at a height of 137". Belt is driven by a 1 HP inverter duty motor. Conveyor is set up for 30 FPM. Manufactured in 2020. Conveyor is disassembled and skidded for shipment; Free standing OEM panel with Allen Bradley HMI.
