The lower body has an extra-thick end plate and is drilled and tapped (3/8-16" in 8 positions) with 1.5" spacing on both ends for optional deckling. The heating system consists of 9 zones with a total of 14 (500W) heaters, providing precise temperature control for consistent extrusion quality.
