Equipped with manual handle-operated tilt, a 2-horsepower TEFC DC motor rated for 180 volts, 1,750 rpm and 9.4 amps, and a 25:1 gearbox ratio. System includes a discharge screw extruder driven by an approximately 1.5 kW, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460 volt, 1710 rpm gear motor and equipped with a 2-hole strand die. Controls include an operator panel, control panel with Eurotherm controllers, and (2) ABB drive panels. Meter shows 837 operating hours.
