This automated CIP system is designed for sanitary cleaning applications in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and chemical processing facilities. The system includes two 2,000L 316 stainless steel acid and caustic chemical tanks with insulated construction, top manways, level transmitters, and RTD temperature probes, plus one 2,000L 304 stainless steel water re-use tank with single skin construction, top manway, spray ball, level transmitter, and RTD temperature probe. The system includes 9 automated butterfly valves, 1 automated control valve, 7 solenoid valves, 17 manual valves, 1 stainless steel sanitary centrifugal CIP supply pump with stainless steel shroud, variable speed drive, and local motor isolators, 2 stainless steel centrifugal pumps for CIP heating with stainless steel shrouds and local motor isolators, 2 concentrated diaphragm chemical pumps, 1 Grundfos sanitizer dosing pump, 1 stainless steel 500-micron filter, 1 two-section stainless steel plate heat exchanger for heating CIP solution, 1 stainless steel plate heat exchanger for heating water, and 3 concentrated chemical suction lances.
