Designed for high-capacity solid-liquid separation, the unit operates continuously under vacuum pressure to efficiently remove suspended solids. The system is mounted on a skid trailer mounted, with a footprint of roughly 10' x 17' and includes an auxiliary skid measuring approximately 8'4" x 18'9". With a total connected horsepower of about 99 HP and a shipping weight near 18,000 lbs, the 6120 is built for demanding applications in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, and other industrial operations requiring reliable dewatering performance. Unit is equipped with a gear and intermediate shaft, horizontal shaft assembly with pinion, external oil lubrication system, vertical shaft, mill bottom assembly with oil reservoir, spider assembly with caps, plow support assembly with (4) four plow bodies and (4) plow tips, (4) four oil journal assemblies each with grinding roll, mill base with port liners and grinding ring, mill side and system fan directly driven by a 150 hp, 3/60/4000V, 1175 rpm motor. Less mill base air housing assembly, less dual feeder assemblies and less whizzer separator assembly, also missing the gearbox. Unit has low operating hours and is in excellent condition. This machine is commonly used in the production of Gypsum Board and Drywall.
