Description

This Used Dusenberry Model 815 Duplex Score Cut Slitter-Rewinder is a versatile and heavy-duty slitting and rewinding system, capable of processing web materials up to 72” wide. It features a duplex differential center wind design with score slitting assembly, enabling precise and consistent slitting for a variety of materials such as films, papers, laminates, and flexible packaging.

The system includes dual drive control, with a 25 HP DC drive and 15 HP DC drive, ensuring optimal tension control and winding performance. It is presently configured for one zone control per winding shaft, capable of producing 28" maximum diameter finished rolls on 3" cores.

A separate Dusenberry Model 863 AK Single Station Unwind is included, designed to handle 40" diameter mill rolls on 3" cores, complete with a Fife guide edge system for precise web alignment.
