Openings Top: 18" manway with 3" sight glass, 8" top center, 4" sight glass, (2) 4", (8) 3". 3" Center bottom outlet. (3) Internal baffles. Insulation with carbon steel sheathing. Top lifting lugs. Built in 1989, Serial# 90PH39619. National Board# 1499. Legs cut off approximately even with the bottom outlet.
