All stainless steel construction. Trough dimensions: Approximately 22.1" wide x 38.6" long x 25" deep. Internal double spiral ribbon. Packing glands and pillow block bearings. 7.5 hp SEW Euro drive hollow bore design. 230/460 volt, 1775 rpm, 3/60 with approximately output 66 rpm. Top cover with hold down clamps and limit switch. Center Loading cover with welded safety grate, 11.8" wide x 19.7" long. Approximate 3.2" wide x 9.9" flush air operated plug valve. Discharge housing is approximate 15.4" wide x 19.3" long. Last driven by two (2) 700 HP D/C motors; Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection; Trendelkamp screen changer w/ stand mounted on the extruder discharge. Temperature control panel and drives included. Motors available at additional cost. Temperature controllers not included. Serial# L3201. Built 1991. Last used in the extrusion of biaxially oriented PP film.
