The cylinder is rated for atmospheric pressure, and the jacket is rated for 15 PSIG at 250F. Equipped with a 150 HP C-face TEFC motor with brake, rated 460-volt, 3-phase, 60-Hz, and a hollow-bore C-face gear reducer providing a maximum cylinder speed of 22 RPM, reduced to 20 RPM through a variable-frequency drive. Includes a dry-product discharge shroud, cylinder indexing system with sensor and target disc, dual-flow 3-inch NPT rotary union, siphon-tube assembly, shaft seals, two 8-15/16-inch-bore pillow-block bearings, drive-end and idler-end support stands, a 20" x 20" inch loading hatch with tool-free quick-opening handles, 14" x 16" inspection opening with bolt-on cover, approximately 10" x 10" bottom discharge with drilled flange for a customer-supplied valve, vibrator mounts, 2-1/2" NPT jacket-feed connection, 1-1/4" NPT jacket-return connection, and stainless-steel jacket piping, fittings, unions and flexible hose assemblies.
