Used- Battery Recycling Systems, Inc. a sub-div. of Wirtz. Complete system consisting of a Lead Refining Kettle Air Filtration System. This system captures exhaust and fumes from the lead refining process through a sanitation hood mounted on the refining kettle, directing them into a bag house air filtration unit. The setup features a multi-cell bag house configuration with drop-out boxes, approximately 60 feet of internal plant ducting connected to each kettle's sanitation hood, a specialty air recirculation blower, and an automatic filter bag cleaning system with integrated dust collection. Processed air is discharged via a chimney stack, which must be constructed on-site by the customer per BRS prints due to its size. The system operates on 460V, 3-phase, 60Hz, with 3-wire and 24 VDC control voltage. It includes standard fasteners, uses English units, requires layout approval, and features equipment painted in RAL-5015 (Sky Blue) for carbon steel components and RAL-1018 (Zinc Yellow) for safety guards.
