Used- 30 TPD ASU with NLU Plant designed & supplied by Cosmodyne USA in 1995. Argon purification unit non-cryogenic (H2 used for O2 removal). Power 1,361 kW. Main products; Liquid Oxygen (LOX) purity 99.6% O2 Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) purity 5 ppm O2 Liquid Argon (LAr) purity 99.999% Ar. Main equipment; Main air compressor; Ingersoll Rand Nitrogen compressors; Ingersoll Rand Expansion turbines; ACD Pre-purification unit; Cosmodyne Refrigeration units Coldbox; Cosmodyne Control system Siemens PCS7; ASU had been in operation since commissioning in 1996 and was stopped in Q3 2023 due to commissioning of new ASU. Refurbished rotor assemblies for air compressor available as spare. Refurbished spare motor available that can be used for air or nitrogen compressors. ASU major turnaround maintenance required before restart. The plants expansion turbine, nitrogen & main compressors, pre-purification, refrigeration units and all other machinery are in good condition, and the plant itself is in fully working and operational condition.
