The Applied Extracts AE 2 x 25L Supercritical CO2 Extractor is a high-performance, dual-vessel extraction system designed for efficient botanical and specialty material extraction. The machine comes equipped with appropriately scaled tanks, electric band heaters, separator tanks, primary heat exchanger module, temperature-controlled transfer lines, supplementary pumps, and a PLC control system for precise operation.

A Lewa high-flow diaphragm pump (1.5 L/min) provides up to 4350 psi discharge pressure, powered by a 7.5 HP 3-phase motor with VFD control. Additional features include a 16L liquid CO2 storage tank and condenser heat exchanger.
