Used Phlauer AJSP141-6DDPSW Twin Shaft Paddle Blender | 5 Cu Ft Stainless Steel Mixer

Used- Phlauer model AJSP141-6DDPSW twin shaft paddle blender with a side entering chopper, 5 cubic foot capacity. Stainless steel construction. The twin shaft paddle blender has a 1.5 hp drive on each shaft and the chopper is driven by a 3 hp motor. This unit is equipped with a small dosing tank with spray nozzles. The pipe to the spray nozzles is threaded brass but should be easy to replace with stainless fittings if necessary. The control panel is mounted at one end with a VFD. It is all mounted on a stand with casters for mobility. This unit requires 600 vac 3 ph and includes a 480 to 600 vac step up transformer. Overall dimensions are 80" wide x 52" long x 48" tall. Serial number 99110.

Used Bepex Double Spiral Ribbon Blender, Model IMJS-5. Stainless steel, jacketed mixer designed for efficient blending, mixing, and conditioning of powders, granules, and other bulk solids in pilot-scale and small production applications. Its 5 cubic foot working capacity makes it well suited for pilot plants, small-batch production, high-value products, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, and color or additive blending. The unit features a dimple jacketed trough measuring approximately 38-3/4" L x 18-3/8" W x 22-1/2" D, with the jacket rated for 150 psi at 366 degrees F, providing robust heating and cooling capability. The dimple jacket rated for 150 psi at 366 degrees F is suitable for use with steam, hot water, or thermal fluid heating/cooling media, subject to the buyer's engineering review and process controls. Mixing is accomplished by a 4" diameter center shaft equipped with inner and outer double spiral ribbons, promoting thorough axial and radial product movement for fast, uniform blending. The blender is powered by a 3 HP variable speed drive with an adjustable speed range of 13 to 68 rpm, allowing the operator to optimize mixing intensity for a variety of materials. Additional features include a center bottom discharge with manual valve, hinged top cover, provision for a bottom side-entering agitator, and a stainless steel support frame. Serial Number: 91003328.
