Unused Evoqua OSEC B-Pak Series Hypochlorite Generator Skid, 500 lb/day. Complete with pumps, electrolyzer cell, Neeltran Inc. Transformer/rectifier, control systems, hydrogen disengagers, cables, and extensive documentation. The system produces a dilute hypochlorite solution 1.0 wt% concentration using brine (salt), water and electricity in an electrochemical process. With an embedded process controller, the system is fully automated minimizing the need for an operator interface. The OSEC hypochlorite generation system, an inherently safe alternative to chlorine, commercial bleach, and chlorine tablets, produces a dilute and stable sodium hypochlorite solution that does not require handling of any hazardous chemicals. Applications include municipal drinking water and wastewater, industrial wastewater, data center cooling, food and beverage, commercial aquatics, pools, theme parks, and more.

Unit produces bales approximately 43.3" wide x 28.3" high with adjustable bale length and includes wire feed frames and control panel. Manufacturer technical data for the HBC120 lists a 90 kW drive, approximately 119.7 tonnes of baling force, an approximately 63" wide feed opening, and published throughput of approximately 16.2 tonnes/hr at 30 kg/m3 bulk density, 25 tonnes/hr at 50 kg/m3, and up to 47 tonnes/hr at 100 kg/m3. Published specifications also indicate bale weights up to approximately 1,000 kg and a cycle time of approximately 19 seconds excluding wire tying. Actual throughput and bale weight depend on material type, bulk density, feed consistency, and operating conditions. Possible applications and suitable products include high-capacity baling and compaction of compatible paper, cardboard, plastics, and other recyclable material streams.
