Used 9,000 Gallon 316 SS Vertical Agitated Reactor | Half-Pipe Jacket | Full Vacuum | Internal Coil | Industrial Alloy Fabricators

Used Industrial Alloy Fabricators 9,000 gallon vertical agitated reactor constructed of 316 stainless steel with a 304 stainless steel half-pipe/limpet heating and cooling jacket. Vessel measures approximately 108" diameter x 259" straight side and features a flat top and bottom, 6" diameter bottom outlet, internal coil, and (4) full-length straight sidewall-mounted baffles. Equipped with a wide sweep impeller and two-tier, (3) blade agitator with 2.5 HP, 37 RPM drive and 1.5 HP, 1,155 RPM motor. Reactor is rated for 15 pounds per square inch internal pressure and full internal vacuum, with a maximum internal operating temperature of 300 F. Half-pipe jacket rated for 50 pounds per square inch pressure and 300 F maximum operating temperature. Skirt-mounted construction. National Board No. 2033. Manufactured in 1992. Suitable for industrial chemical processing, liquid blending, mixing, heating, cooling, and vacuum processing of compatible liquid and viscous products.
